This week's meals

We got two 'Plated' and three 'Blue apron' meals this week, and it couldn't have come at a better time! I picked up some extra shifts this week and didn't really have the time to focus on meal planning. Boom! Done! So far this week we had the braised short ribs w/ root mash and demiglace and skillet mushroom pot pie from Plated. Blue Apron is up next!
